Rosaland Harrison joined Measures for Justice in June 2022.

As the Director of Community Engagement, Rosaland implements the organization’s community engagement strategic plan and manages a team of engagement practitioners. With over a decade of experience leading community-based initiatives and working in the criminal justice system, Rosaland brings valuable expertise to MFJ. Her background includes leading a pretrial diversion program and serving as a United States Probation Officer in the Middle District of Alabama.

Rosaland holds an MS in Foundations of Education and a BS in Criminal Justice from Troy University. She is also a graduate of the Southwest Alabama Police Academy.
