Rhianna Hayes

Data Quality Analyst II

Rhianna Hayes joined Measures for Justice in June 2020 after receiving her Masters of Science degree in Criminal Justice from the Rochester Institute of Technology. In addition to her Masters degree, she also received a Bachelors of Science Degree in both Criminal Justice and Political Science. Prior to joining MFJ, she worked as a Student Clerk for the United States Attorney’s Office for the Western District of New York, as well as a Course Assistant and Research Assistant for the Criminal Justice Department at RIT.

As a Data Quality Analyst II, she is responsible for assessing whether the data MFJ receives from our agency partners is viable and usable. In addition to assessing the data, she conducts data management, and has assisted other Research Associates on various Commons projects.
