Reema joined Measures for Justice in October 2023 as a Data Scientist. She works on the Research and Strategic Initiatives team where she analyzes data and develops predictive modeling tools for various research projects.

She received her Bachelor of Science in Statistics and Master of Professional Studies in Applied Statistics from Cornell University. Since then, she has honed her skills in data analysis and machine learning through work experience in the insurance industry. She is passionate about applying her technical background to MFJ’s mission of improving data transparency and accessibility in the criminal justice system.
