D’Angelo Bailey joined Measures for Justice in June 2024 and is responsible for building and executing a robust fundraising plan for the organization. He works closely with Amy and the executive team to help the organization sustain and grow its existing philanthropic revenue portfolio as well as develop a targeted individual giving program while diversifying foundation support. 

Prior to joining MFJ, D’Angelo was Assistant Director of Development at the Center for Policing Equity where he focused on growing the individual giving program, prioritizing major gifts. He managed a national portfolio of individual donors with an emphasis on California and New York. 

D’Angelo received a Master of Public Administration degree from Western Michigan University and a BA in Psychology from Kalamazoo College.
