
Camila Camps
Research Associate I
Camila Camps joined Measures for Justice in December 2021 after receiving her Masters of Science degree in Criminal Justice from the Rochester Institute of Technology. In addition to her Masters degree, she also received a Bachelors of Science Degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Psychology. As a Research Associate, Camila’s responsibilities include standardizing, cleaning, and analyzing state and local criminal justice data.
Prior to joining MFJ, Camila had the opportunity to work on many criminal justice related issues. While completing her Bachelor’s degree, she worked as a student researcher analyzing sex offender treatment data. She also interned at the U.S Probation and Pretrial Services where she gained invaluable experience working within the Criminal Justice system. Her research interests include criminal justice reform, mass incarceration, and immigration reform.
