Brian Gunn assumed the role of Senior Engagement Manager at Measures for Justice (MFJ) in 2023, with a role to establish and manage relationships with key stakeholders, such as Community Advisory Board members and leaders of criminal justice agencies.

Brian has over a decade of experience in engagement and has honed his expertise in this field. Before joining MFJ, he worked as a Senior Strategist at CBG Strategies, where he successfully established relationships with stakeholders throughout the country, resulting in productive collaborations and positive outcomes. Additionally, Brian has worked extensively in the nonprofit sector in Alabama by implementing strategies to enhance economic vitality, increase access to equitable outcomes, and build capacity for organizations throughout the state.

Brian is committed to leveraging his engagement, communication, and leadership skills to positively impact communities across the county and in his hometown, where he serves on the Birmingham Planning Commission and as Board Chair for Offender Alumni Association.
