Senior Software Engineer II
Bill Stumbo strongly believes data can drive positive change and is excited with the opportunity to apply his experience and passion to help make meaningful data about the criminal justice system available.
Bill joined Measures for Justice in 2022 as a Senior Software Developer bringing over 30 years of software development and delivery experience. He has worked on projects encompassing the whole software delivery lifecycle from research to development, delivery and maintenance. Bill has been awarded 10 patents for work in software architecture and system processes.
Since 2016, Bill has also worked as an adjunct faculty member for RIT’s Department of Software Engineering. He has mentored senior projects and taught both Introduction to Software Engineering and Software System Requirements and Architecture.
Bill holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Purdue University and a Masters of Science in Computer Science degree from RIT.
