Austin joined Measures for Justice in 2023. As Recruiter II, Austin is responsible for recruiting talent across the organization to ensure continued growth and success for MFJ. He brings 5 years of recruiting experience in both for-profit and nonprofit environments, and he is passionate about providing efficient and positive experiences for candidates. 

Prior to his time in recruiting, Austin spent 6 years as a middle school math teacher and track and field coach. He holds a B.S. in Secondary Education and a M.A. in Educational Leadership.

Outside of work, Austin enjoys hiking, reading, watching professional track and field, and spending time with his boyfriend.
